Return & Exchange Policy

At Kidoov, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issues, we’re here to help with exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

Exchanges

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

    • Damaged or defective

    • Incorrectly shipped

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@kidoov.com

Refunds

  • If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue a Kidoov Gift Card equal to your purchase amount.

  • The gift card will be sent once we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Refunds in the form of a gift card are available only if:

    • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

    • The item is not a sale/discounted product (sale items are only eligible for exchange, not refunds).

Non-Eligible Products

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following:

  • Items that are used, worn, or washed

  • Products not in their original condition

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Items without a readable serial number

  • Hygiene-related products, including:

    • Cloth diapers

    • Nappies

    • Padded underwear

Return & Refund policy:
 Customers can request a return or refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase. This ensures ample time for customers to assess their purchases and initiate returns if necessary. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5 business days.


Refund processing:  We ensure quality product and expect quality returns. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the  refund too. All orders are Processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
