All information, products, and services displayed on www.kidoov.com, constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order for purchase represents your “offer,” which is subject to the terms and conditions below. Kidoov reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

By using www.kidoov.com you (the “User/Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. Kidoov may modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the Website implies acceptance of any changes.

1. Eligibility to Use

Users must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian to access and purchase from the Website.

2. Pricing and Availability

Prices of products and their availability may change at any time without prior notice. Kidoov also reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product supplied.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Kidoov may refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing, technical errors, or stock unavailability.

• Once an order is confirmed by the User, cancellation requests may not be accepted. If cancellation is possible before shipment, refunds (if any) will be processed to the same payment method.

4. Product Display

While we make every effort to display product images and colors accurately, the actual appearance may vary depending on your device screen settings.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Kidoov takes full responsibility for orders shipped through its trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, etc.), in regions where they operate.

6. Non-Delivery / Wrong Details

If delivery is delayed or fails due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the User, or if the recipient is unavailable, additional re-delivery costs will be borne by the User.

7. Accuracy of Information

Users agree to provide authentic and correct details at the time of purchase. If any information is found to be false or misleading, Kidoov may cancel the registration/order without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kidoov shall not be liable for damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, service delays, interruptions, or unauthorized access to User data.

9. Payment Responsibility

Kidoov shall not be held responsible for fraudulent use of payment methods. Users must ensure they use their own card or authorized payment option, and the responsibility to prove otherwise lies solely with the User.

10. Complaints

Any concerns or complaints regarding an order must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Complaints raised after this period will not be accepted.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
