Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched at the earliest.
Delivery Timeline: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and our delivery partners. Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order. Free shipping may apply on select promotions or order values as mentioned on our website.
Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. In such cases, our support team will assist you until your order is delivered.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility: You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged or defective
An incorrect product was delivered
Process:
Contact us at support@kidoov.com with your order details.
Provide images of the item (if damaged/incorrect).
Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.
A replacement will be sent after we receive and inspect the original product.
Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as cloth diapers, nappies, padded underwear, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
If Replacement is Unavailable: In rare cases where the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or gift card for the same value.
Processing Time
All orders are Processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Time Domestic Shipping:
